Teams
Work in a shared team workspace, invite members with roles, and add credits with Pro packs.
Everything in OpenClip belongs to a team: videos, clips, brands, credits, and the subscription. You get a team automatically when you sign up. On Pro and Business, you can invite other people into that team so everyone works from the same workspace and credit balance.
Team settings
Open your team from the account menu to manage it. From team settings you can:
- Rename the team.
- Invite and remove members (owner only).
- Cancel pending invitations.
- View the team's credit activity.
- Delete the team.
Invite members
Team invitations are available on the Pro and Business plans. Free and Starter accounts cannot invite members.
- Open your team settings.
- Enter the person's email address and choose a role.
- They receive an email invitation to join the team.
Only the team owner can invite members. Pending invitations can be cancelled from the same page. If someone already belongs to the team or was already invited, you will get a validation error instead of a duplicate invite.
Roles

Today both roles can create, edit, and delete the team's content (videos, clips, Brands, scheduled posts); the role mainly affects team administration. Give access accordingly. The team owner manages members, roles, and billing.
Pro packs
The Pro plan is priced in packs. Each pack adds 300 monthly credits to the team, and the per-pack price drops as you add more:

Adding packs takes effect immediately with a prorated charge. Reducing packs is scheduled for the end of your current billing cycle. See Billing for how plan changes work.
Packs change the team's credit allowance only. They do not add seats or limit how many members a Pro team can invite.
Credits are per team
Each team has its own credit balance and its own subscription. If you belong to several teams, switching teams switches the balance you spend from. You can review any team's balance and history at Usage and activity.
Redeem an invite code
If you received an OpenClip invite or gift code, redeem it at https://openclip.app/invite. Depending on the code, redeeming can start a promotional plan trial, unlock access to the app, or add bonus credits to your balance. If you opened a gift card link, the code is pre-filled for you. Just confirm it.
